3.75 hours per WU is that good?

Hey all

Just wondering where I stand with WU processing. Using SETI driver on a 2.2 GHz P4, is 3.75 for each WU normal? Slow? Fast?

Just curious.

Yeah....sounds about right. My Athlon XP1800+ machines do WUs in about that time.

You should O/C that puppy! :)

Seems about right ,you might be able to shave a little more off if you haven't tweaked your RAM timings :)

I have 2 P4 2.2GHz PCs not overclocked both with at least 384 Meg of RDRAM. One is averaging 3hr04m and the other is 3hr12m according to Setiqueue. My 2 XP1900s average about 3h20m per work unit.

Really? Cool. My XP has 512MB of PC2700, so we'll see how it does this weekend. :D

My P4 2.113 GHz DDR266 CAS2 gets almost exactly those times (just a bit slower).
