I'm not nuts about the guy, but he is a good actor. I just don't think he's right for the Jack Ryan role. He's too young for the character at this point in the series and I personally don't think he's 'manly' enough for the role. IMO he's just too effeminate for a strong, semi-action character. Obviously Tom Clancy disagrees with that assesment as he's nuts about Affleck in the Ryan role.
