3.5" hdd cooler ??? possible ?

I want to make a cooler for 2 hard drives in the 3.5" bays in my main computer.
Wanted to place some heat sinks on the hdd, & build some fans into a floppy bay cover.
Is this possible, do they make fans this small ??
There Seems to be a bit of space b4 the hdd, could I fit a larger one in there safely ??
