Does anyone know if a 3.5" HDD caddy/rack exists for expansions slots? I know that these exist for the 2.5" HDD/SDD form factor, like StarTech's S25SLOTR: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...?EdpNo=5606151

The reason why I'm looking for one is that I'd like to add one more 3.5" HDD in the Lian-Li PC-V351 case that I'm using as a file server. However, all the 3.5"/5.25" bays are all used up, as I'm using a IcyDock MB453SPF-B (3-in-2) Backplane for the two 5.25" bays to hold three 3.5" HDDs, and I've filled the two available 3.5" bays.

The only available space that I have left in the case are the vacant expansion slots sitting above the unused PCI/PCI-E slots. I'm not necessarily looking for one that is removable, but one that can securely hold a 3.5" HDD in a vacant expansion slot. Does anyone know if such an accessory exists?

I've never seen one, and I've been aware of pretty much every HD accessory you can imagine for a long time. It would certainly have to be a two-slot device - a metal shop could build you one for cheap, but probably not as cheap as a nice external enclosure.
