3-4k euros budget for Linux machine

Hi!

Does anyone have a few minutes to recommend a possible configuration for a new powerful desktop computer for use with Linux (Ubuntu/ElementaryOS)?

Budget is 3-4K euros and I don't play games on the computer, so I don't think I need a special/expensive graphics card.

I am **really** not up to date about hardware and would definitely use some help to find the best config for my budget!

jesus, 4k euro for a linux machine?

we need to know what job you need this for - rendering, CAD, farming .. otherwise we can't really make you any recommendations.

if you just need a machine that runs linux, for coding maybe, you don't need more than 800e.
