3.4C Vcore Reading HELP on CPUZ

hello

The native vcore for a 3.4C Northwood is 1.55v. My cpuz says I hover between 1.515-1.520. The computer runs perfect, but I'm having trouble OCing. I get the BSOD when I overclock to 3.67 Ghz. Though, these northwoods should be able to easily reach this clock speed. I was wondering if the vcore reading and weak ocing are related in any way. Bumping up the vcore is also fine, b/c I got a new heatsink (cpu temp at 100F). What are your thoughts?

I thought northwoods werent that great at oc-ing beyond 3.5GHz unless under higher-than-stock voltages.

PS: Thermaltake 480W

MSI Neo2 Platinum PFS
1024 Corsair XMS Ultra 2-2-2-5 PC3200

I just want my ram set at 433, so my clock goes to 3.67 Ghz
