I got a amd mobile athlon 2400, but im only running at 2ghz. I need to read some guides on overclocking...
I have 512 pc 3200 ram I am planning to get 512 more within a month.
I still have a Geforce 2 mx 440 (lol), but guess what I can run doom3 with it and I get 25 fps on doom3 multiplayer with all minimum setting and all effects off. I am aiming to get a card that will last 2+ years minimum. I am looking at the new 6600 but I might get a 6800. question is if I get a 6800 will my case ( antec sonata w/380ps be enough for it?
Should I consider getting a new fan ? I would rather be safe than sorry. What is the preferrede program to check my comp temperature? If I plan on overclocking I think I will need a new fan.
I got a 160 hd (WD) and a 20g (maxtor(for backing up stuff)). My motherboard Abit nf7-s2.0 supports RAID and has 2 sata connections, but I dont know what that is '.';; I was told it would improve my hard drive speed, but if I use those connections will it erase my hard drive?
