3.3v reading VERY low

Ok, so I downloaded speedfan, and it's up and running fine in Vista Ultimate. I just got an Opteron 170 to go with my good old Epox 9NPA+. I'm using an OCZ Modstream 520 watt psu, X1900XT 512 video card and 1.5GB RAM. Standard setup. All of my voltages look great... except for my 3.3. It is reading at between 1.52-1.54v all the time. Is this possible? I have the opteron sitting at 2.5GHz right now, temps are good, and my system has never had even the slightest hint of instability. Even as I type this, everything is working perfectly. I would think that if this were true, that my system wouldn't even run. Have any of you ever seen this problem? I'm on the latest bios, no overvolting... nothing. Kinda bothers me a bit. Any suggestions or others that have seen this?

Speedfan is most likely not interpreting the information it is receiving from a sensor correctly(probably a bug in the program).

Speedfan thinks one of my temperature sensors reads -50 degrees C, and my cpu fan is running at 14,000 rpm.

Yeah, I immediately uninstalled it after that.
