My setup:

Epox 4BDA
P4 1.6a @ 2.4 (150FSB)
512mb Samsung PC2700
Enermax 431w "Whisper"

I have both power connectors attached to the mb. My +5v and +12v rails are fine but by +3,3v rail seems kinda low. Should I be worried? What problems could this cause? SHould I replace it with an Antec PSU? Any tips would be appreciated. TIA.

If your systems is stable, don't worry about it. My P4 rig is using an Allied 350w psu @ 2.83v on the +3.3 and things are 100% stable.
