3.3 megapixel WATERPROOF camera for $129.99

They say only up to 16ft. Well....that'll barely get you to the interesting life living at the top of a coral head, and not to the more interesting life living on the bottom at 24-30ft.

For cheap underwater digital shooting, I recommend getting a Canon Digital Elph or A-series, and then one of the Canon housings specifically made for your model. They're good up to ~130ft, IIRC. Or go ikelite or Sea&Sea, they also have digital solutions plus optional off-camera flashes available (for a much higher price).

Dunno if there's any off camera flash solutions that would work with the Canon housings....which would be ideal since the Canon image quailty would probably be higher.

I dive with a Sony Cybershot. You can get the camera at online auction for around $100 and the housing is another $100.

It works down to 140' and I have actually taken it deeper with no issues. The housing also has support for the generic lighting strobes on the market.

If you dive, spend the money and get something you will enjoy!

Hmmm, I was looking for a waterproof housing for a Canon SD20 (Digital Elph, same form factor as the SD10) and the one made by Canon (aw-dc10) is only rated to 9.8 feet underwater.

That looks like the camera that was on sale before Christmas at OfficeMax (of course without the waterproof housing). My roommate got that camera and it was total trash it was CMOS image sensor and looked like ass.
