3.2ghz normal vs. 30 capper?

I've got a 3.2ghz Northwood in my old socket 478 machine and have a chance to replace it with another 3.2ghz Northwood 30 cap version. Is the 30 capper going to give me any noticeable speed increase? Is it even worth my time to swap the two processors?
Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks.

Depends on what the rest of the system is. On my 3.2 30 capper I could run 3.8 stable . On the cpu you have 3.6 is huge push and 3.4 in normal . Memory is hugh tho . I nice set of BH5 2-2-2-2 5 running 3.59 with a IC7 max abit motherboard running a highest performance level = or > than P4C @ 3.8. AS far as I know I am the only person that run
This board at 224+ with those timings and bios memory settings maxed. It did in alot of AMD64s When P4s sucked so badly. LOL.
