Just saw that today myself/ Havta see how the 3.0's clock, tho I doubt they are the chips to buy yet, the new stepping, for those of us chomping at the bit for would be hopefully a better bet.
 
they also have the retail 2.8e now for 10 bucks more than the oem 2.8e

this is cool
now we have a few choices


i doubt the 3.0 will oc much better if at all than the 2.8e
intel probably made and boxed these cpu's months ago anyways, so it's prob gonna be luck of the drawl
I do have hope that the 3.2 will oc better tho

 
sticking with my 3.0c at 3.75g. waiting till next socket design/PCI express/64-bit. can't see any real reason to upgrade before then.
