2x8 HDMI Header on Asus IPIBL-LA / HP Berkeley-GL8E motherboard

The motherboard for the HP Pavilion a6152n has a 2x8 pin HDMI Header. I am looking for an appropriate connector to this motherboard to get HDMI output to a TV.

The motherboard is an Asus IPIBL-LA motherboard, branded by HP as the HP Berkeley-GL8E

I can not get information about getting a connector to 2x8 header. Is this a standard connector? I can find out from ASUS if it is a standard of theirs, or industry standard.
