2x74g raptor compare to 150g raptor 300

I've been running 2x74g raptors in raid 0 for a while and enjoyed the performance. However, recently, one of the drive has error. It has not died yet, but probably soon. I'm wondering if I would get the same performance with the 150g raptor (newer gen).
