i love buffalo. ive used it several times, no problem. lifetime warranty is nice too :thumbsup:

I already have both, just trying to decide which one to use in my new P4 rig when the bits arrive.
 
From what I recall, the Buffalo CH-5 has some compatibility issues with p4 chipsets. There should be some archived threads here at AT that can give you more specifici information. Latter p4 chipsets may not be subject to the same problems. I am using the Buf CH-5 in my NF7-S, and it's great overclocking ram with juice (~3V), but this is an Nforce2 chipset.
