No know your MoBo most likely to leave it on and press the required F Key to get in the RAID BIOS/Setup then create a RAID config edit doing RAID0 Striped
 
Enable NVRaid in Bios then enable raid on what ports you plan on using. Reboot, Press F10(I think) to go into NVRaid Set-up. Create RAID. Make a NVRaid driver floppy disk from Asus CD. When you install Windows make sure to hit F6 to install Raid drivers.
