Not a bad deal OP, and not to TC but ....
FYI, these are not the ones reviewed by Toms - close but not quite the same.

The ones in the Frys ad are #PDC22G6400ELK

The ones in the Toms review are #PDC22G6400LLK

I'm not sure of the technical differences but the timings are different.

the EL stands for Enhanced Latency. the LL stands for Low Latency.

The review is for the much more expensive LL Series, and the kit in the review probably had the Micron D9 chips. This kit posted will not perform anywhere near the LL Series, since I don't believe any of the EL kits have Micron D9 memory chips. The heatspreaders look the same, but thats about all for similarities.

It is a good deal though, for Value Series Memory.
