2x winXP in booting?

I was reinstalling xp and accidently installed it into D: drive
so I had two in C: and D:
restalled again to C: and formated D: drive
but during booting, it still asks me to school windows Xp or windows Xp
any idea?

You can correct this by opening boot.ini - and deleting the D section
