2x PCI-E power connector video cards when my PSU only has one

I have a supermicro 720 watt PSU, so it's got plenty of juice, but it's only got 1 pci-e power connector, and I have no spare molexs. Is a spiltter ok?
 
The splitter would be okay if you have enough available power. It's all about the amount of available power.
