I ordered the 6800GT OC from chumbo.com awhile back, and I know that theyve been out of stock forever, but I just recieved this email and i figured I'd share it with you guys:

"Thank you for your recent interest in the BFG 6800 GT OC PCI-Express graphics card. We at Chumbo.com
want to let you know that the video card is now available in the new BFG Super Bundle. This new bundle
includes two (2) of the BFG 6800 GT OC PCI-Express graphics cards and one BFG 530 Watt Power Supply
for $849.99.

The card will no longer be offered as a stand alone item. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that
this new bundle will fit your needs.

Please call (800) 343-7530 x 1 or visit www.chumbo.com for part number 244958. A limited supply is
available."

BFG 530 watt powersupply? I didn't even know that BFG made a PSU. I doubt that PSU can even handle SLI with 2 of those GT cards.

Wow! If that's true, it's still the cheapest price for two 6800GT PCI-E, they're warranted for an overclock AND you get a free kickass power supply? Cookielicious. :cookie:

That just made my day. That's about the dumbest thing I've heard in a while. Why would BFG market a Power Pack with the two cards, clearly intended and marketed for SLI, and the PSU if the PSU wasn't capable of running them? lol thanks for brightening my day with such an inane comment.

😀

I thought it is a 550 Watt Power Supply:
550 watts to meet the needs of the most demanding systems
? PCI-Express ready
? Dual 12V rails for maximum power and stability
? Noise killer technology to minimize noise while providing excellent cooling
? 2 SATA connectors
? 24-pin mainpower with 20-pin adapter for motherboard flexibility
? ATX12V for Intel Pentium 4 and AMD based systems
? Two dual ball-bearing fans for extended life
? Over-volt, over-current, and short-circuit protection

BFG's website offers less detail than Chumbo. Pretty sad. http://www.bfgtech.com/power_supply.html
But they only sell the 550 Watt.
