Good drive, good price, tax to California is a killer. Damn this state!

Still the best price I can see by a few bucks (Tigerdirect has it for about $8 more after 10.2% cashback and shipping).
 
ordered one yesterday and just got an order delay notice - expected to arrive on the 20th.

I don't mind waiting but at this rate it'll be cheaper elsewhere by the time it gets here
 
nice to see this falling so price/gb is getting closer to that of the 1tb and 1.5tb drives (bought 4 of the 1.5's for my raid when they were at $140 and this drive was $260), drives are good but not that fast (5400/7200 instead of true 7200)

Nice that these dropped in price - wonder if it is because Seagate released theirs?
 
got mine too...in a box within a box w/ no padding. I could hear it thunking around as the UPS man brought it to me. Haven't plugged it in yet, but how can I have any confidence in this drive?
