So no one technically makes a 2TB mSata. My laptop's only have mSATA and SATA. and I boot off of a 1TB EVO 850 msata and use the Sata ports for hard drives.
However, The Samsung T3 and T5 portable storage SSD's have mSATA's in them up to 2TB. My understanding is that I can pull the 2TB mSATA out of a T3 or T5 and use it as a normal mSATA as long as I do not use the encryption.
My next question is; Since the mSATA in the T3 and T5 is not an "EVO" or EVO Pro, then do I get the same speeds as an evo product would and do I get rapid mode in Samsung Magician? or do I loose rapid mode?
The T5 is based on the 64 layer memory and should be faster?
