If u hv a mobo w/ chipset other than the nforce...go for 1 stick of 512MB. Slightly higher CAS (CAS@2.5) but most of those 1 stick 512 do CAS2 w/ breeze.

The benefit...obviously...u can put in more RAM in the future.

agreed.. and yep it's the truth. 😀
i have 512 single stick on my KT266A and it won't get better than that 🙂
