This is ridiculous! I just heard "Mario Winans & P. Diddy - I Don't Wanna Know" yesterday and was shocked to hear "Enya - Boadicea" in the background. This has already been done not to long ago by "Fugees - Ready or Not". While the Fugees' song actually sounds decent with the integration, this new song does not.

I guess originality is harder and harder to find these days.

At least that song he had with Biggie...the one that's like "don't touch me, cuz I'm close to the edge" was original.

I have been a big Led Zeppelin fan since 1984 (middle school :) )....Come With Me was cool because regardless of what one's minority opinion is, the song sold big. That's what it's about. On top of that many people got turned on to Led Zeppelin.

I am glad that the sort of old style rock and roll is talking off again....especially some of the guys bringing in modern tools (turntables/samplers/etc) along with the classic lead & rythmn guitars, bass and drums.

I love good music, I could give a crap if it's called rap, blues, classical, new age, heavy metal, country, whatever....

I will LAUGH when Enya suddenly starts targetting teenagers and takes off in popularity because they've been hearing it for years in rap and never knew it.

Buy Kanye West if you want real rap.

actually kane west - through the wire is a sample of chaka kahn - through the fire

he didn't say Kanye didn't sample .. that it was more 'rap' than P. Diddy.

Enya has become more well known from the first LOTR movie. They made her music more mainstream pop. Have you heard of "Only Time" the pop radio remix?

It sounds like an instrument making the noise compared to the enya song.

Or else they made it a different pitch, because on enya's song it's a lot clearer that it's a girl humming, on the mario winans song it's really muffled or sounds like a instrument.
