2nd HD not recognized above 32GB

Still having problems with a 2nd WD HD...primary is a WD 80GB with jumper in 3rd (center) pin, slave is a 120GB WD with jumper in 4th pin. Using XP SP2 and replaced little jumpers, still ticking me off...what next? TIA, AG
