2nd Hard Drive won't show in My Computer.

The two hard drives are connected to Primary IDE.

I know one jumper setting is on Master and other HDD is on Slave.

When I enter BIOS, they both show. And it confirms that they are both connected to Primary IDE and one is the Master and other is Slave.

Yet, windows won't show it?

Is it formatted? What shows up in disk management?

it says the drive is ONLINE, but it's "unallocated"

Hence it's not formatted.

EDIT: Right-click and select Format under disk management.

Yep, no drive letter shows up untill you format it.
