2nd Hand Warranty Coverage

I have been trying to find out if NZXT warranty transfers to a 2nd own of a x40 or x60. Anyone know what that policy might be?

I just checked their site and at minimum they need proof of purchase to do an RMA. Normally that means they do not officially support a warranty transfer.
