2nd Gen Ipod Touch no volume control?

I just got my new 8 gb 2nd gen ipod touch. And I was looking at the headphones and their is no volume control on them. In the features page for the ipod touch it clears says "Volume control headphones" am I missing something here???

I'm trying to find where you see it. I know it has volume control on the side of the iPod touch, but not sure about the headphones.

No the headphones I got are not the ones in the pictures. Although it is a 2nd gen ipod touch...

From what I heard, the 8gb 2G touch doesn't come with those headphones. Only the larger models do.
