I've already met with H.R. and the head of my department, tomorrow I'll be meeting with the president of the company (medium sized non-profit) : any suggestions?

Should I put forth my nerdy task-doer persona or confident/charming team-player one? Wear my glasses or contacts? Shave or go in with my usual stubble (as I went in for the 1st interview)?

Sounds dumb, but any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

Forget about your persona's, just be yourself, if thats not good enough for them, screw 'em all.

oh, and make sure to shave and be on time. :)

Thanks for the suggestion! It's an animal rescue, but I'd be doing minor-IT work for them.

Also be personable, it doesn't hurt to <insert sport comment here> IF it seems appropriate towards the end of the interview...
