2K Server Incomming Connections...Modem wont pick up

Heres the deal, I want to be able to access my 2K server from work by just dialing directly to it, Simple enough right? I made an incomming connection in DUN and granted my user account(In Admin Group) the right to dial in. I made my connection from work(Win98) and specified my Username and password, and hit connect. It Just sits there and rings and then says computer did not answer...

My 2K servers modem is working properly as far as I can tell, I can dial up to an ISP from it and Diagnostics checks out in device manager. I even tried setting up the Standard 56K v.90 Modem Driver to see if there was an issue with the driver for incoming calls, but that didnt work either. Any idea's whats up?

what kind of modem is it? Latest drivers?

its a DSI(Creative Labs subsidiary)D-F-V DI3635 56K V.90, and yes latest drivers. I know its not a configuration issue, ive done this many many other times for clients and friends. I was basically hoping that someone might know a fix before I end up having to replace it.
