2gig RAM Suggestion

I am looking to bump up to 2GB of RAM (2x1024 has been recommended to me). I have been running a gig of corsair PC3200LL leftover from an intel system and it has been doing me well. But I would like a 2 stick solution for 2 gigs of RAM, I don't have much interest in overclocking, but I would like solid performance from what I do have for what is largely a gaming rig. I can't see myself going over the $350 price mark for it, but was simply looking for suggestions as I haven't really had the opportunity to research what AMD systems like and what would be compatible with my motherboard.

MY system is as follows:

AMD64 3500+ Venice Core
MSI K8N NEo2 PLatinum
Geforce 6800 GT
SB Audigy 2

Thanks all.

I went with 2x1GB of OCZ platinum. It's worked great for me. 2-3-2-5 timings at 400mhz, I think I paid $266 for it.

This may or may not matter to you, but the OCZ Platinums do not overclock well at all. They will go up to about 225MHz max, but not without loosening the timings. However at stock speeds they are solid and fast.

The 2GB OCZ Gold kit, on the other hand, OCs very well, but costs a lot more.

Mine are smooth at 237MHz 2.5-3-3-7.

I have 2x1GB OCZ Performance, cost me $223 bucks. I can go up to 2-3-3-5 1T @ 400MHz.

If you have a AMD system, timings don't help that much...
@ 2-3-3-5 1T, I do 5600MB/s
@ 3-3-3-8 1T(default), I do 5500MB/s

Unless you're OCing, just get OCZ value...
