Many people believe that the IC's have changed on this RAM, or that Toms Hardware got a 'tweaked' set, or both.... also, the $50 rebate is pretty large.

without the rebate it's worth a try, gamble on good D9 chips. but now it's $50 rebate should either wait or get firestix for $190

I have Patriot's DDR2-667 running at 4-4-4-12 and 833MHz with just 1.95v (it'll go over 900Mhz with more voltage). Highly recommend the stuff.
