I want to buy Core 2 based system an E6300 and OC it to 430x7=3GHz and Gigabyte 965P-DS4 but I dont know which ram is better for my reason :
1.2GB OCZ Gold DDR2-667 4-4-4-12 (for 240$)
2.2GB Patriot Signature Series DDR2-800 5-5-5-15 (for 260$)
I test Patriot and I can OC it to 900MHz @ 5-5-5-15 but its so hot (it dont have heatspeader)
and I heard OCZ can reach 800MHz
Finnaly I need your suggestion for right Choice!

No, My friend bought it and I can test it

Dude ram is always YMMV, and since its the signature series (which is the value line), its a big YMMV. OCZ gold is designed for OCing, thats what I would go with.
