Is there any 2x1b pack that could be able to overclock over 250mhz at 2-2-2-51t? for 200bucks?

I actually have 2x512 OCZ GOLD EL DDR400 at 250mhz 1.5-2-2-5, and I want 2gb but, a similar overclockabilty

NO!!!!!!!! :p

Seriously, no.
The only thing that comes close are probably the Infineon CH-5's and CH-6's and I think those are harder to come by as well as pretty expensive.

The'll do DDR500 @ 3-3-2-6 sometimes (sometimes even better, and they can keep those timings till ~275mhz...ish, but thats pretty rare)

I think the ONLY ram that will do 2-2-2-5 @ 250mhz+ is the BH-5's, right?

wizboy, i think all 3 sticks are AWESOME and i recommend them to all those people that post up their part selections.

there's just one problem, though; they run at cas 3, not 2, as the OP wants

OP, i'm sure the answer to your question is nothing. i don't know of any sticks that are rated at CAS 2 at DDR500. CAS 3 and 2 isn't that much of a difference in performance, and definitely not noticable. just get the g.skill ram. it'll serve u well

I went through that already (2nd post down from OP). :p

Only thing I can think of was the older BH-5.
