when did all of these DDR pc3200 deals show up. I payed an average of $17.5per GB without a rebate. This deal is insane due to the extremely low timings.

DDR memory is coming to the end of it's life cycle.
Those with it in inventory have to decide:
*Sell it off at a discount and move on (and be a hero to customers now).
*Keep it at ridiculously high price and sell it off over 5 years (and be a hero to the customers trying to find "old/obsolete" RAM later).

Wow. I paid over $100 for a PC3200 2GB kit last year. I can't believe that they have this deal. I thought it wasn't being produced anymore a year ago, and that was why I had to pay so much.
