Im looking to replace my current motherboard / cpu but want to re use my current memory

Can anyone recommend a P965 / 650 / 680 / 975 / motherboard that is compatible with this memory
I would like the board to be 805d / E4300 / quad compatilble.
Sli / Xfire is not a concern , but I would like to be able to overclock.
