How is it? I want to run a 20" flat panel and 21" Sony FD-Trinitron at the same time at 1600x1200 and I need top 2D quality.

No issues on doing that. I tried it with my NEC2110X and FP1375 this weekend and both displays were very sharp. I think the 2d quality has now passed my Radeon8500 and is equal to the old Matrox G400 in the closet.

<< A lot of people still talk about GeForce image quality and how it compares to the Radeon 8500. I can safely say that in 3D rendering the VisionTek GeForce4 Ti is superior. On the 2D side, the VisionTek GeForce4 has been greatly improved with better 2D filters. 1600x1200x32 looks and runs smooth, no blurry textures and no squinting needed. I could not tell a bit of difference between the R8500 and the VisionTek GF4 Ti 4600. Also we have looked at DVD viewing using PowerDVD on both the Radeon 8500 and the VisionTek Ti4600 and could see no noticeable differences. >>

sweet...I can't wait to get my Ti4400 from gateway.
