2D Quality of GF4 Ti4600 Cards ?

I remember seeing a list of GeForce 4 Ti4600's and their 2D qualities. Does anyone know of this list and where I can get ahold of it? Also, if there's a list for the noise each card generates, can you please include it? Thanks.
