2d games help me

dunno if it qualifies as 2d, but I enjoyed Eschalon. It's probably not going to stress your system in any case. It's turn based isometric, I guess that makes it 2.5d?

I haven't tried book 2 yet.

Ragnarok Online currently is free to play I believe. If you pay for the subscription you get increased exp rates and some other stuff. It's been a while but I remember it being something like this not too long ago.
