http://www.2cooltek.com/revised_test.html That is an interesting test. The heatsink vacuums off as much of the peltier's heat as it can suck through a contact area the size of a CPU core. The cooler the heatsink can keep the hot side of the peltier, the cooler the other side gets. Making the contact area the size of a CPU core seems like a good idea.
2Cool, if you're reading this, it would be nice to add the Alpha 6035 w/ Sunon fan to the results in the near future, since not everyone can go with the loud Delta fan. It would be interesting to see a comparison of a given heatsink with the Delta fan with
and without the grille on, too, since it must restrict the airflow somewhat.
