Some people i know swear this is not illegal. Its a classic pyramid scheme i tell them. The FTC should kill this thing, before they bilk any more people of their money for not recruiting or whatever. Anyways www.2by2.net, watch the flash movie, is horrible. So blatantly illegal...

Haha, this is going thru my school too.A couple of people I know are doing it or thinking of doing it. They said they went to the meetings and the guy showed them his pay stubs, etc, etc. I told them it was just a big pyramid scheme.

apparently all the pyramid schemes have shockwave flash pages. I thought something should be done, so i filled out a complaint form on the FTC website. Dont wanna see people at school lose money over some too good to be true business scheme.

2by2 is pretty much a waste of time unless you want to put in lots and lots of time. I signed up myself but after some thought I got out of it. True you can make money while you sleep, but you have to drag people into it and they have to do work. Basically you pay $320 for a "website" that links you to a online shopping mall. If someone buys something through your site, you earn like 5% or 10%. You make the majority of your money through their referal program. It's like you have a tree, a right and left side. You get someone else to shell out $320 and they are placed on one side of your tree.... then they get two more and so on. So your tree grows and grows. If you get two people, you have one person on the left side and one person on the right side, that's called a match, and for every match you get $75. So say you have five people on your left and four on your right, you have 4 matches... 4*75=$300. So your tree grows and grows without you necessarily doing work, you just need to get two people initially, but they have to get two people too... so alot depends on the people you bring into it. I'm sure i'm missing some of the details but that's the general idea. It's good if you have friends that don't mind shelling out the money. Personally, I rather not bother my friends into shelling out $320 just so i can make $75... but if you don't mind selling your soul, go right ahead. Oh and by the way, I hear the intial fee is going up to $420 at the end of the year.
