290 Crossfire Waterblock: KRYOGRAPHICS HAWAII or CORSAIR HG10?

My twin MSI R9 290 need a liquid cooler because they live in african desert.

I need suggest between these two:

1. Kyrographics Hawaii
2. Corsair HG10 A1

Which one is coolest?

Do you have or plan to build a custom loop to be able to use a full waterblock?

I have an HG10 A1 on my 290 and it does a great job, but certainly the full cover block will peform better and look better. But for the money, the HG10 A1 is a great part.
