I would assume you guys saw the [h] 290x crossfire vs. 780 SLI review. The 290's are amazing cards and ironically even smoother in crossfire than the 780 is in SLI.

yes I did. - I personally have both setups and yes XDMA crossfire is superior

Anyone here having issues with crossfire + mantle on BF4? I recently went crossfire, and have been getting horrible memory leaks in BF4 now. Running 14.7 RC and windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Seems to be a major problem on origin forums.

I haven't played for a little while now, but last winter I had crashes etc. which a BF4 patch fixed and since then I haven't had noticeable problems other than the rubber banding effect. I believe I was using 14.4 and then 14.6 but I haven't tried 14.7.

I found crossfire to work very well.

Oh yeah, this is on 8.1. How do you know it's memory leaks (GPU or windows?)

Yep. I'm on same setup with 7pro x64.

Had to run DX11 on 14.7 RC1 with BF4.

Since the last patch i have gotten massive memory leaks in BF4 with Mantle, the bf4.exe was using 10GB of Ram by the second map.

I haven't been having the same issue on BF4 with DX with Nvidia card.

I haven't been having the same issue on BF4 with DX with AMD card either, hence the issue is with bf4 with Mantle, which others have also clearly stated as well.

Yep, BF4 is crap with Mantle. The irony... I barely play that turd anyway, but there's definitely a leak issue.
