9X289FSB vs 8X325FSB on my Venice 3000+
(2.6Ghz) both setting running at 1.5V

Assuming everything equal, which setting is better?
And please be gentle~~~ Why is it better?

No, the Hypertransport speed makes no difference after like 700MHz. I'd go for 289 since it stresses your motherboard less.

Neither is better. I'd also go for 289 since 325 is pointless (although a mathematically nicer multiple than 289 😉 ).

clock speed is the king in AMD cpu
