28" max, 4K, Freesync, no TN panel - does it exist?

Hi guys,

now that GM200 and Fiji are nearing, I want to explore my options. I have my eye on the Asus PG27AQ for G-Sync which would have everything I want. But what about Freesync? I see only cheap TN panels or the 31.5" behemoth from Samsung which is to large for my desk.

Will there be more display announcements in the near future?

If you are goingto wait for the 390X then I'm pretty certain there will be a suitable monitor out by then. We need to wait on reviews first though. There is the possibility that Freesync will not be suitable, however unlikely.

Not suitable? What do you mean?
I hate to wait...ideally I would have everything in time for GTA V.

Well, we haven't seen any reviews yet. Until we do we can't be certain it's going to perform as advertised. Just not going all in until we see the actual product in use, that's all. Although I am optimistic.
