260GTx to 570 Gtx upgrade problem

i just replaced a 260gtx with a 570 gtx and while playing BFBC2 I see no difference in performance, i even ran fraps and the 570 is actually a little slower than the 260, WTF....im not running crazy resolutions because im using a crt, any ideas? what i should check?

try changing the dxlevel the game is running at

tried it on 9 and auto in the settings menu and got the same result

Check the pcie configuration might be at 4x or 1x by accident

You were probably getting excellent framerates with your GTX 260 already. So maybe you were getting the max framerates for the game already.

Yep, ALWAYS uninstall the nvdrivers before removing your old card and installing the new one. Then reinstall latest WHQL for your new card.

Overclock cpu if not already. And what resolution?
