2600K to 6800K - help me with turbo OC

It's been a while and finally I built a new box.

My 2600K was set up with turbo so when needed it got up to 4.4 GHz. It has been working like that for over 4 years.

With new 6800K, I've only used Asus AI Suite. It set up auto OC to 4.0 which is fine with me. The issue is that when I need it, during handbrake for instance, it does not stay at 4 constantly. CpuZ is showing that it keeps fluctuating between 3.4 and 4.0

2600K did stay at 4.4 all the way until encoding was done.

Can I set it up with 6800K? Any other advise? I am sure I've missed something.

Current Specs: 6800K, 64GB 3200 DDR4, Intel 750 800GB, Samsung M.2 256GB - OS Drive.

Go advance mode and set to manual in AI suite. Sync all cores and set your target for 4.2 on turbo. This guide by asus is pretty good: http://edgeup.asus.com/2016/06/17/broadwell-e-overclocking-guide/

Thanks. I've been able to hit 4.5 turbo. This is what I needed.
