2600K stepping?

I have a 2600K CPU still in the box from MC. Waiting on my mobo.

Question is - can I tell from the label with all the gazillion numbers on it what stepping this is?

I thought I saw on the forum that someone with a SB chip already had a new stepping, but maybe there is only one.

That chip has not been out a month and there may only be a single stepping release. Now what you may want to pay attention to is batch number.

All are D2 stepping. (check S-Spec code on box)
