it sits at 23~25C @ 3.4ghz (stock), 33~35C @ 4.6ghz, 39~41C @ 4.8ghz and 45~48C @ 5.0ghz.

are these considered alright? i've tried both NH-D14 and H70 but difference were minimal. i don't know if i should lap hsf to see if there's going to be any difference. maybe should i get one more water cooling loop??

what's your idle temp at what setup?
 
max load temp on both hsf never went up above 75C @ 4.6ghz, right around 82C @ 4.8 and @ 5.0ghz, it goesabove 90 which i shut it down as soon as it hits 90C...
