Since it only comes out 4 times a year I just read it in Barnes and Noble when I happen to be browsing in there.
 
No, but I do read it occasionally and purchase a copy. Not lately though... It is usually just a bunch of rubish but some pearls in there.
 
It's usually rudimentary and lame stuff. Most of the stuff I've seen, at least lately, are years behind. They purport something new that had been done years ago. It's mostly a bunch of neophytes trying to get their handle published...

Look at Phrack for more competent content.
